A topic close to our heart
The Good Gap fights for unconditional educational justice and focuses on diversity in the team, among mentors and tutors, and among tutees and mentees. We know that different marginalizations lead to different individual experiences and that diversity in The Good Gap team is a necessary component to combine different perspectives, talents, views, and skills. Together we are strong.
Therefore, discrimination has no room at The Good Gap. We respect and respect all team members regardless of their age, gender or gender, sexual orientation or identity, skin color, origin, ancestry or appearance characteristics, social or financial situation, as well as regardless of disabilities, neurodiversity, chronic or mental illnesses, and regardless of their religion or belief, cultural, destiny and tradition community. At the same time, we are aware that people with such experiences are marginalized in our society, which is white cis dyadic abled male-dominated.
Diversity enriches our society, it enriches The Good Gap in its plurality and must not be made invisible, nor should there be hurdles in the education system that exclude some members of society. Education is a human right! The Good Gap upholds this principle in all matters.
